SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Chess Queen's Aqua Pets (queensaqua.com). Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship to all states and union territories across India. We currently do not ship internationally.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural disasters, or disruptions. Remote locations (Tier 3 and beyond) may take up to 10 business days.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Some orders above a minimum order value may qualify for free shipping — this will be shown on the website.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer both:
- Prepaid: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card (via secure payment gateway)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, you MUST record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as proof. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and the video. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be processed.
8. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED SHIPMENT
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
COD orders refused at delivery will be blacklisted from future COD orders.
